Suspension bolt question

General Mustang Tech - Ford Mustang Forums : Corral.net Mustang Forum - forums.corral.net
I am doing rear lower control arms and had to cut out the front bolts on the lowers ( brutal job) anyhow, I have heard mixed reviews on running a grade 8 bolt for the lowers mainly shear strength. I have been to fastenall and they didn't have bolts the same as factory 10.9 bolt but told me the grade 8 were equivalent.

Just wanted to see what everyone s opinion is, I added some metal to my torque boxes and need longer bolts anyway
