Space saver spare wheel options? Does a Touareg wheel fit?

General Discussion - myAUDIQ5 forum - www.myaudiq5.com
Hi guys. I'm new here so be gentle!

I've just noticed that my new to me 2009 Q5 doesn't have a spare wheel. It has the Bang & Olufsen stereo in it so there's a part of that screwed in where it should live. So.... I've seen that you can get a fancy expanding tyre to fit there. I went searching to see what was about and they're not cheap, but I did find one for a VW Touareg for sensible money.

I've looked on some alloy wheel manufacturers websites and seen that there are wheels listed as suitable for both cars, but then elsewhere the numbers for the offset and other small details don't match up? So the question is will it fit or not? I really want a spare, but if I spent £200 more than I had to to end up with the same thing I wouldn't be impressed! Hopefully someone here can help me? I'd really appreciate it!
