LS4 Reluctor wheel issues

LS4 Performance - LS1TECH - ls1tech.com
I had recently purchased a 2006 LS4 out of a chevy impala, have all the wiring harnesses and ecu. I had commissioned a shop to do the swap as i was under the impression there was nothing different in the two motors...... boy was i wrong! so the question is... is there a way without changing the reluctor wheel on the crank to run that motor in my 07' grand prix?
