hard dog rollbar in NA miata with 'stock seats' and belt -- Ok at track?

Interior/Exterior - MX-5 Miata Forum - forum.miata.net
I've got a NA miata with hard dog rollbar. I can barely meet the broomstick test. I have original seats AND original (style) seat belts. Is this acceptable for use at Virginia International Raceway? At CMP? Or is it dependent on which agency you're HPDE-ing with? (THSCC, for example?)

I'm having trouble figuring out the requirements for 'convertables'. If what I have now isn't acceptable for HPDE use, is there an affordable solution? I really don't want to rip out the seats and replace the belt with harness as the vehicle looks like a 'road worthy' vehicle, instead of a track-rat vehicle. I'm trying to keep it that way.
