car seat impressions in leather seats

Detailing Forum - by Detailer's Domain - audizine.com
We've got "dents" in our rear leather seats from where car seats were strapped for a few years (despite trying to minimize pressure points with an underlayment). It would seem that the fix for such things is to apply heat from a heat gun and the leather will shrink and become taut again. I tried it with a blow dryer and some massaging but it's still about 70% there. Any suggestions? The leather would get pretty hot, think I need to step it up and use a true heat gun? Should the dents dissolve away with just heat? Car is a 2015 model.
