VWVortex.com - 2.8l 12v VR6 Engine Forum - forums.vwvortex.com
Ok, mechanically the timing is perfect. The crank pully and block timing marks are aligned and the cam lock easliy fits is in. new chain kit and the slack is tight in the front and loose in back with the tensionor bolt out. the intermediate shaft gear has slight wear. swapped both crank and cam sensers. still no luck.

any ideas?
